This policy explains what information Agent Palisade collects when you use www.agentpalisade.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a simple marketing site and to schedule calls with people who want to work with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, you enter your name, email address, and any scheduling details or notes into our scheduling tool. The booking is handled by Calendly on our behalf. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-focused website analytics to understand how the site is used. These tools record aggregated usage such as the pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location, and browser or device type, and they process your IP address to do so. They are configured to run without cookies and do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Local storage on your device. The on-page assistant (the "Ask" box) saves your recent questions in your browser's local storage so it can show them back to you. That information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it any time through your browser settings.
How we use information
- To schedule and hold calls you request, and to follow up about them.
- To respond to questions or messages you send us.
- To understand and improve how the site performs and which content is useful.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
Service providers we share information with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf so we can run the site and the business:
- Calendly, which powers call scheduling and receives the details you enter to book a call.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and provides cookieless usage analytics.
- Cloudflare, which provides content delivery, security, and cookieless usage analytics.
- Zoho Mail, which handles our business email when you contact us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.
How long we keep information
We keep booking details and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize them. Aggregated analytics are retained by our providers under their own retention schedules.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us using the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. We process your information based on your consent when you book a call or contact us, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site. You may withdraw consent or object at any time by emailing us.
How we protect information
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where your information is processed
We operate from the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information will be processed in the United States and in the countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
